Tri-Span 10K

The Tri-Span 5K, 10K, and LiveStrong Mile is a celebrated running event taking place in Wilmington, NC, on July 12, 2025. Participants can choose from a 5K or 10K course that winds through the historic downtown area and along the scenic Cape Fear Riverwalk, with the 10K route featuring all three downtown bridges. The event also includes virtual options for both distances and a special LIVESTRONG Mile to support cancer survivors.
