The Trudge

The Trudge 5K is a running event taking place in Wilmington, North Carolina, organized to celebrate the two-year anniversary of The Healing Place of New Hanover County. This event honors the daily journey of recovery for its clients, who walk three miles as part of their rehabilitation. Participants can enjoy a scenic course that starts and finishes at The Healing Place, featuring an out-and-back route along Greenfield Lake.
