Motivate & Move 5K

The Motivate & Move 5K is an engaging running event set to take place at Queeny Park in Saint Louis, MO. Participants can enjoy a timed 3.1-mile run or walk through the scenic park, with opportunities for refreshments, vendor visits, and entertainment following the race. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers, as well as a trophy for the gym with the most participants.
