Shivery Icy Trail Run

The Shivery Icy Trail Run (ShITR) takes place at Creve Coeur Park in Saint Louis, MO, offering a variety of race options including a 1 Mile Run, 5K, 10K, and a Half Marathon, as well as rucking events. Participants will enjoy scenic courses around Mallard Lake, featuring a mix of paved paths and easy trails. Finishers receive a cozy winter hat, hot drinks, and live music to celebrate their achievements.
