LifeSong Dash

The LifeSong Dash 5K is an annual running event held in Clifton Park, NY, benefiting LifeSong, Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This USATF-sanctioned race features an "out and back" course that challenges runners with hills and straightaways. The event includes a Junior Dash for kids, food trucks, face painting, and live music, making it a family-friendly occasion.
