Delightful® Run for Women

The Delightful® Run for Women, presented by Sara Lee® Delightful® Bread, is a celebrated annual event that promotes women's running and fitness. The 47th edition will take place in downtown Albany, offering both in-person and virtual participation options. Participants can choose to run a 5K or join the Capital Kids 3K, along with free Kids Runs.

The event weekend also features a Health and Fitness Expo, making it a vibrant community celebration.
