HBI 5k

The HBI 5K is a scenic running event taking place in Georgetown, Washington, DC, along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path. This flat course welcomes both runners and walkers, including those with strollers. Participants receive a finisher's medal, a technical event shirt, and chip timing.

The event supports HBI's mission to provide free health education and screenings to underserved communities in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas. A virtual race option is also available for those unable to attend in person. The race promotes community health while offering a fun and engaging experience for all participants.
