Spend Yourself 5K Run

The 13th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk is set to take place on November 24, 2024, in Falls Church, Virginia. This event features a 5K run, a 3K walk, and a virtual option for participants to join from anywhere. The fundraiser supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries, benefiting communities in Falls Church, Haiti, and Zambia.

Participants are encouraged to register by November 1 to receive an official race long-sleeve t-shirt.
