Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run 10K

The 45th Annual Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run™ is a unique winter running event held in International Falls, Minnesota, known as the "Icebox of the Nation." Participants can choose between a 5K or a 10K race, or challenge themselves by running both. The event features enthusiastic support from the Gizzard Girls, who assist and cheer on the runners. Additional activities include a pancake feed and an awards ceremony.
