Follow the Flag 5k Trail Race

The Follow the Flag 5K Trail Race is a patriotic running event held in Pleasant Grove, Utah, organized by the Follow the Flag Foundation. Since its inception in 2014, the race has aimed to honor fallen military personnel and first responders, with all proceeds supporting various missions, including memorials and community support initiatives. The race features a scenic course divided into three sections: a flat first mile, an uphill second mile, and a downhill final mile that concludes under the largest American flag ever made.
