Outlaw WinterRock

Outlaw WinterRock is a unique running event taking place at Elk City Lake in Independence, KS, featuring two race distances: 25K and 12K. This somewhat "Fat-Ass Style" event emphasizes self-sufficiency, with limited unmanned aid stations and participants required to carry their own hydration and nutrition. The course is a technical, single-track trail that showcases the area's stunning limestone bluffs and rock formations.
