Wild Turkey Trail Runs

The Wild Turkey Trail Runs is a free trail running event taking place at Valley Falls State Park in Fairmont, WV, on August 16, 2025. Participants can choose from various distances, including 50M, 50K, 25K, 10M, and 5M. The course features a moderately difficult 10-mile figure-eight loop with an elevation gain of approximately 1500 feet per loop.

While the race is free, participants are encouraged to bring food to share at the aid station. Finishers will receive giveaways, and race shirts are available for purchase. Volunteers are welcome to assist with the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
