Wichita State Engineering 5K

The Wichita State Engineering 5K is an annual running event celebrating National Engineering Week, open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Participants can choose from various categories, including Wichita State Student, Community Member, Faculty/Staff, and Alumni. The race takes place on the WSU Innovation Campus, and all participants receive a t-shirt and a special edition medal.

Awards are given to the top three finishers in each category. Proceeds from the event support the College of Engineering, helping students financially. The event concludes with an awards ceremony, snacks, and a celebration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
