Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile Relay and Ultra

The Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile Relay and Ultra is a premier ultramarathon event held in central Pennsylvania, featuring a variety of races including a 100-mile race, a 50-mile ultra, a 50K, and a half marathon, along with a kids' 1-mile run.
