Trapp Trail Run

The TRAPP 2025 (Trail Run and Putnam Plunge) is an annual event taking place in Monterey, TN, featuring a recreational 5K trail run and a unique plunge into a natural lake. Participants can choose to run and then plunge or join the plunge-only option. The event includes amenities such as chili, hot cocoa, and cookies, along with a post-race beanie.
