Thomas Wolfe 8K

The Thomas Wolfe 8K is Asheville's oldest and most prestigious running event, celebrating its 48th year in 2025. First held in 1976, this scenic run/walk showcases Asheville's historic sites, starting at the Thomas Wolfe Memorial House and passing by the author's final resting place in Riverside Cemetery. The event supports the local organization READ TO SUCCEED, having raised over $1,000 in previous years.
