The Great Ferry Race

The Great Ferry Race is a unique half marathon event that takes place on Bainbridge Island, starting with a scenic ferry ride from downtown Seattle. Participants enjoy a 35-minute crossing before disembarking to begin the race, which features a course that is approximately two-thirds road and one-third groomed trail. The race is known for its hilly terrain and beautiful views, making it a memorable experience for runners.
