The Dover Duathlon

The Dover Duathlon 2025 is a multi-sport event taking place in Dover, Delaware, featuring both individual and relay team categories. Participants will complete a course consisting of a 1.5-mile run, a 13.5-mile bike ride, and a final 1.5-mile run.
