The Backland

The Backland is a unique last-man-standing trail race located near the Texas and Oklahoma border. Participants must complete a 4.5-mile loop within one hour, with the challenge continuing until only one runner remains. The event features a cash prize of $500 for the last person standing, along with a trophy and a six-pack of beer or root beer.
