Sunflower 5K Run and Walk

The Sunflower 5K Run and Walk is a community-focused event taking place on February 2, 2025, in Longwood, Florida. Hosted by Markham Woods Church and The Lighthouse Ukrainian Group, this family-friendly event aims to support children in Ukraine who have lost their parents due to the war. Participants can enjoy a scenic route along the Seminole Wekiva Trail, with registration starting at 7:30 AM.

The event features post-run festivities, including food and games. Registration is $20, with children under 13 participating for free. The first 100 registrants will receive a branded t-shirt.
