Strokes, Spokes and Strides

Strokes, Spokes and Strides is a vibrant sprint distance triathlon held in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, designed to promote community spirit and inclusivity among athletes of all levels. Established in 2015, the event features various competitions including individual and relay triathlons, Aquavelo, and Duathlon. Participants can enjoy a swim in the YMCA's pool, followed by scenic bike and run routes through the picturesque neighborhoods and farmland of Waynesboro.
