Sproul 10K

The Sproul 10K, known as the "Toughest 10K in PA," is an annual trail running event held in the scenic Sproul State Forest. Participants tackle a challenging course that includes a steep 3-mile uphill climb to McCloskey Mountain, followed by a rapid descent over 3.7 miles. The race features beautiful vistas, stream crossings, and technical single-track trails, making it a favorite among trail running enthusiasts.
