Sproul 10K

The Sproul 10K, known as one of the toughest 10K races in Pennsylvania, takes place in the scenic Sproul State Forest. This challenging course features a 3-mile uphill trek to the summit of McCloskey Mountain, followed by a rapid 3.7-mile descent to the finish line. Participants can expect stunning vistas, stream crossings, and technical single-track trails.
