Spring Forward 10K

The Spring Forward 10K is part of the Spring Forward 5K & 10K event taking place in Morris Plains, NJ. This scenic race features a 10K option that consists of two loops of the 5K course, which includes mixed terrain with grass, pressed gravel, dirt, and some hills. Participants of all abilities are encouraged to join, and everyone will receive a finisher’s medal and a shirt.
