Sherman Lake YMCA Aqua Dash

The Sherman Lake YMCA Aqua Dash is an exciting multi-sport event scheduled for March 16, 2025, at the Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center in Augusta, MI. Participants will engage in a 20-minute indoor swim followed by a 20-minute run on treadmills, making it a great opportunity for both seasoned triathletes and newcomers to experience a supportive environment.
