Salem Lake Trail Run

The Salem Lake Trail Run offers participants a choice of three distances: a 30K (18.6 miles), 7 miles, and 5K (3.1 miles), all set on the scenic, shaded trails surrounding Salem Lake in Winston-Salem, NC. Scheduled for September 28, 2024, this well-organized event serves as an excellent preparation for fall marathons. Proceeds benefit the Salem Lake Trail System, and participants can enjoy post-race food and beer from Radar Brewing.
