Run for the Buds 5K

The Run for the Buds 3.21 Miles event is scheduled for March 9, 2025, in Newark, Delaware. This annual race aims to support individuals with Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) and benefits the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware. Participants can choose to run or walk the 3.21-mile course or join a 1K Fun Run.
