Run For Health 5K

The Run For Health 5K Fun Run is an annual event taking place in Houston, Texas, aimed at promoting health and wellness in the community. Scheduled for November 8, 2025, the race starts and ends at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. The course is USATF certified, and participants can compete for a $300 cash prize for the overall male and female winners, along with medals for all finishers and trophies for the top three in nine age divisions.
