Ruck4hit

Ruck4HIT is a team-based ruck relay event that covers over 200 miles through all 15 towns on Cape Cod, starting and ending in Falmouth, MA. The race lasts approximately 36 hours and features a Finish Line Party to celebrate participants' achievements. Each team member carries a rucksack weighing between 10 to 20 pounds, symbolizing the burdens borne by military personnel.

The event aims to raise awareness and funds for Heroes In Transition, Inc., supporting veterans and military families.
