Ruck 'N' Run

The Ruck 'N' Run® (10th Annual) is a unique running event taking place in Republic, MO, designed to honor veterans and foster community connections. Participants can choose from various distances, including Ruck and Run options of 5.56K, 7.62K, and 11.11K, as well as a free .9-mile event. Ruckers carry a weighted backpack, while runners compete without added weight.

The event features exercise stations along the route and encourages participants to donate canned goods for homeless veterans. Created in 2015 by an Army Drill Sergeant, this event combines fitness with a meaningful cause, celebrating camaraderie and community spirit.
