Rock Springs 10K Trail Run

The AdventHealth Rock Springs 5K - 10K Trail Run is scheduled for May 17, 2025, at the Rock Springs Run State Reserve in Sorrento, Florida. Participants can choose between a 10K (6.2 miles) and a 5K (3.1 miles) trail run, both featuring loop courses through scenic trails. The event promises a well-marked course, chip timing, and awards for top finishers in various age categories.
