Rock CF Rivers Half Marathon

The 14th Annual Rock CF Rivers Half Marathon & 5K will take place in Grosse Ile, Michigan, on March 9, 2025. This event features a Half Marathon, a 5K Run/Walk, and a Virtual Run, encouraging participants to join in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
