Rage in the Sage Duathlon

The Rage in the Sage Duathlon is a multi-sport event taking place at Kiona Vineyards and Winery in Benton City, Washington. Participants will engage in a 2.5-mile cross-country run, followed by a 10-mile mountain bike course, and conclude with a second 2.5-mile run. The event features individual and relay team categories, including open, coed, and women's teams.
