Pocahontas Half

The Pocahontas Half is a scenic running event held at Pocahontas State Park, featuring a half-marathon, 10k, and 5k. Participants can enjoy a beautiful forest trail run, which includes a mix of dirt and pine needles, with some minor hills. The event welcomes walkers and strollers, and a virtual race option is available for those unable to attend in person.

Runners receive a finisher’s coin, a technical event shirt, and chip timing. The event also supports Operation Turbo, providing care packages to deployed service members.
