Old Hickory Lake Triathlon

The Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon, scheduled for June 28, 2025, in Hendersonville, TN, is an exciting multi-sport event organized by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT). Participants can engage in a 400-meter swim in Old Hickory Lake, followed by a 20k bike ride on a closed highway, and conclude with a 5K run.
