NorCal John Frank Memorial Run

The 53rd NorCal John Frank Memorial Run is set to take place in Redding, California, featuring a variety of race distances including a 10-mile, 3-mile, 1-mile, and a special 1-mile event for kids aged 14 and under. This annual event is part of the Pacific Association USATF Road Grand Prix and offers participants a scenic route along the Sacramento River Trail, crossing two notable pedestrian bridges. The event promotes community engagement and encourages runners of all ages to participate in a healthy and active lifestyle.
