Niantic Bay Triathlon

The Niantic Bay Triathlon is a thrilling sprint triathlon set in the picturesque shoreline communities of Niantic and East Lyme. It features a 0.5-mile swim in the calm waters of Niantic Bay, an 11.4-mile bike ride through scenic routes, and a 3.2-mile run along the oceanfront, culminating in a beach finish. This event caters to both beginners and experienced triathletes, with options for team relays and Aquabike participation for those who prefer not to run.
