MRCC/Trail Conference 5K

The MRCC/Trail Conference 5K is a running and walking event scheduled for May 18, 2025, in Mahwah, NJ. Participants can choose between a 5K run and a 3K walk, both of which take place on a scenic, relatively flat course that showcases the beautiful Ramapo Reservation and River, as well as the historic Havemeyer House. The event begins at the Darlington Schoolhouse and features a mix of paved roads and maintained trails.

The first 250 participants to check in will receive T-shirts and promotional bags. Advanced check-in is available prior to race day, and parking is provided at Ramapo College. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
