Miles for Music

Miles for Music is an annual running event held in Beaufort, NC, organized to support the East Carteret High School Marching Mariners. The event features a 5K run, a fun run, a Furry 5K for participants with dogs, and a Doggie Dash. Participants who register before a specified date are guaranteed a race t-shirt and swag bag.

Awards are given to top finishers in various categories. Proceeds from the event help fund the band’s needs, including instrument purchases and student financial assistance, making it a community-focused initiative that combines fitness and support for local music education.
