Middletown 10K & 5K Run/Walk

The Middletown 10K & 5K Run/Walk is a spring road race set on the scenic campus of Wesleyan University in Middletown. Participants can choose between a 10K or 5K route, with the 10K featuring an additional loop before a downhill finish. All finishers receive a technical shirt and can enjoy a post-race celebration with pizza and beer.

The event also includes a kids' run for ages 2-11. Additionally, participants are encouraged to contribute to the local community by donating nonperishable food items.
