Long Beach Island Triathlon

The DQ Long Beach Island Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike event will take place at Bayview Park in Long Beach, NJ. Participants can choose from various events, including a triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, and relays. The triathlon features a 1/4 mile swim, 10-mile bike ride, and a 3-mile run, while the duathlon consists of a 1.5-mile run, 10-mile bike, and another 3-mile run.
