Light the Darkness

The Light the Darkness 5K is an annual running event aimed at raising awareness and funds to combat human trafficking. Scheduled for January 18, 2025, in Cocoa Beach, Florida, the event features a beach race, a private after-party, and a virtual race option. Participants are encouraged to wear headlamps and lighted apparel, with prizes for the best glow lights.

Proceeds will support the SARA’s Roots Initiative, which provides housing and resources for survivors. All participants receive a finisher medal, a T-shirt, and a drink ticket, while awards are given to top finishers in various categories.
