Kona Marathon

The Kona Marathon, now in its 27th year, will return to its roots in Kona, Hawaii, in June 2025 after several years on the Kohala Coast. The event features multiple race options, including a full marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon, and a 5K, all set against the scenic backdrop of Alii Drive. Participants can enjoy a mass start, a new race course, and numerous aid stations along the route.

The event will also include a Health & Fitness Fair and activities for children. Major sponsors include UCC Hawaii and Alaska Airlines, with the Royal Kona Resort serving as the new resort partner. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
