Karknocker 5K Race/Walk

The Karknocker 5K Race/Walk is an annual event taking place in East Rochester, NY, co-sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and M&T Bank. This 28th edition features a USATF certified course and is open to participants of all ages. Registrants will receive a Karknocker DriFit t-shirt and medal, with awards for the top finishers in various age groups.
