Honor Run

The Honor Run 2025, organized by the Kern County Sheriff's Employees' Benefit Association, will take place in Bakersfield, California. This annual event features multiple races, including a 5K and 10K for both the general public and public safety personnel, as well as a 1K kids' race. Proceeds from the event will support scholarships for the children of fallen deputies and fund youth programs through the Sheriff's Activities League.

Participants can walk the route, and strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. Medals will be awarded for top finishers, and a raffle will be held post-race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
