Heart & Sole

The Heart & Sole 5k is a fun and inclusive running event taking place in Concord, NC. Participants can choose to run or walk, making it suitable for all fitness levels. The event features a 5k race and a Heart & Sole Fun Run/Mile Walk, encouraging friends, families, and pets to join in the fun.
