Flusslauf

The Flusslauf is an exciting trail run and hike event scheduled for August 23, 2025, at Bedford Reservation in Ohio. Participants can choose between a 7-mile or a 1-mile run/hike, both of which promise a thrilling experience through scenic trails, including a river crossing. The event features chip timing, runner perks such as socks and a commemorative beer glass, and awards for various categories.
