Firecracker 5k Run Walk

The 39th Firecracker 5k Run Walk will take place on July 4, 2025, at Rockford Tower in Wilmington, DE. This annual event features both a 5k run and a competitive walking category, encouraging participants of all fitness levels to join in the fun. Registration is available on the day of the event, with fees starting at $35.

Participants will receive a t-shirt and enjoy post-race refreshments. Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories, and results will be posted online. The event honors the memory of Frank D.
