Escape From Folsom

The 2025 Escape from Folsom event features a 10-mile race and a 5K run, both set along scenic trails by Folsom Lake. Participants will receive a finisher medal and have the option to purchase a soft-cotton race shirt. Aid stations will be available throughout the course, providing hydration and energy supplements.

Awards will be given to the top finishers in various categories, and every finisher will receive a custom medal. The event is organized by TBF Racing, known for its multi-sport racing and training since 1991. The race will take place at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.
