The Eastern States 100 is a challenging 103-mile single-loop trail race set in the remote wilderness of Pennsylvania's Allegheny Plateau. This event features 98% single and double-track trails, with participants navigating the rugged terrain of the Pine Creek watershed, which includes significant climbs totaling over 20,000 feet. The race offers two divisions: a Supported Division, allowing crews and pacers, and a Solo Division, which prohibits both.
