Dirty Dozen Obstacle Mud Run

The Dirty Dozen 5K and Fun Run Obstacle Mud Run is an exciting event scheduled for September 14, 2024, at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons, NC. Participants can choose to compete individually or in teams of four in the challenging 5K course, or join the Fun Run, which is open to all ages. The event features various obstacles designed to test strength, agility, and stamina.

Proceeds from the run support community health programs, including those for cancer survivors. New for 2024 are updated medals and additional heats for the Fun Run, along with free childcare for members and volunteers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
